This property does not deserve the star that I had to give in order to even make the complaint. I have been on this property for nearly 3 years and I think I have been more than patient and waiting on things to be fixed in my apartment. The last few months we have been issuing water no running water no functioning toilets no work and showers. They made me feel welcome, until I start noticing there money handling skills It's been nothing but corrup, lies, I live on the second floor I come out my door there's h*** of blood leaking in front of my door all down the steps I'm very sanitary but I take my shoes off outside my door b4 I enter this place is sad sorry and sarcastically True live illegal I'm reporting them to every and all that will listen new to ***** entirely to much disrespect notcutfromdattypeofcloth..... These people will pressure to to pay application fees while showing you a demo apt while having no real intentions on getting you approved. The workers pay is too based app fees to the point where its their hustle. Also never received any of my 450 I paid them for application fees and they wont answer the phone
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Less than 2 months left in my lease and the amount of problems I’ve had since day one are insurmountable. The latest one is struggling to get my AC fixed. It’s been 2 nights that I’ve slept in 80 degree weather and was told by the maintenance man that they would not come and look at it because it’s not “urgent” unless it’s over 85. The office will not make any commitment as to when it will be fixed, and has no remorse or regard for their tenants.
Horrible service!! I would not recommend anyone to move to this complex every again. I get told different things from different people every time I put in a request or ask a question. They do not respond to emails and there’s always a 50/50 chance that you get to speak with someone over the phone so just go into the office. Every week or every other week there is a water shut off. We spoke with a leasing agent and toured the apartment. She gave me a link to complete my application and had to resend the link to my husband 3-4 times. Probably to the wrong email. She sent me a link to pay the deposit and tried to confirm the wrong apartment twice. I had to tell her three times it was a unit on the first floor, when the unit will be ready, and the price before and after healthcare worker's discount. These apartment are infested with roaches and poor customer service . This is the worst apartments I have had with any apartments . The are rude and so is the corporate is rude as well.. The fact that the living conditions are not good and they do not care about nothing but the rent an not the fact your paying thousands of dollars to stay in something that is not habitual. The Hudson apartment management is 100% sub par. Being that this concerns where I lived, one would expect at least average service at the minimum. The property has 750+ units and 3 maintenance men designated to maintenance requests. I had been dealing with a leaky AC unit from May 2018 until I terminated my lease in September 2018. The AC did not blow cool air at the recommended capacity until August. At least 6 verbal and written requests were made to resolve the issue.
