Shoutout to Roger Adams and Hudgins! My work schedule changed today due to the icy roads, and I forgot to put my trash out. The sound of the truck going by woke me, and I threw on clothes and shoes to run it out...only to see the truck driving away down the street. A quick message to Roger, and boom! my trash is now picked up. It's refreshing to know that companies like Hudgins still exist...who know what REAL customer service is supposed to be!

I was pleased with Hudgens until I called them on Thursday. I was disappointed when the garbage collectors broken wheel on the card that belong to me the lady at the other end of the phone excuse them for breaking it and told me that she would tell them to be more careful. I told her I don't care if the careful or not any longer as long as they don't come by my home again.

We just love Mr. Michael. He always has a huge smile on his face and makes sure he looks our front door to wave hello yo our boys. Then he honks as he pulls off. He is wonderful!
