We completely forgot to take our trash out on July 3rd. On the morning of the 4th we were kicking ourselves when we looked outside and noticed the trash can was empty. The kind employees at Hudgins fixed our mistake and grabbed our trash can for us (in the side yard so it's visible from the street and not fenced in). What a wonderful surprise! Thank you!!

Their garbage pick up is always on time, and the guys are very friendly. However, we pay extra for recycling and they have forgotten it 4 to 5 times. It gets so full that we can hardly use it when they forget it because they only pick it up every two weeks. When I call the woman working the desk always seems to imply that it's our fault, and has never apologized. Saying that we don't have it out there or that we didn't have it out there early enough. I have NEVER experienced so much disrespect in my life! We have had service with them since March and twice now two aggressive and disrespectful men have stormed our front door, yelling and cursing about our garbage. We had permission from the office to include yard clippings in our garbage can. The men servicing our neighborhood did not want to pick them up and were VERY upset about it. I've always loved Hudgins. Awesome people! Tried other companies due to discounts and was always disappointed so we went back to Hudgins.

We have had Hudgins service for years. Our regular guys are always courteous and always take whatever we put out beside the can. You don't get that kind of service anywhere else. Thanks for everything!!

I can't believe you let an household be without a trash can the pickup man broke mine the other day Thursday did not even bother too inform me but told a neighbor...I am in serious need of a can I will be alerting the BBB and Nashville Metro sanitation am I supposed to throw mine in the yard very disappointed at nobody calling or letting me know when I will be getting a can
