1) Update the hours as they close at 2:30 and not 3 so I can get anyone on the phone. 2) communicate at all if they have a pick and chose idea for who is allowed to have extra stuff set outside of their can and who isn’t.

Their drivers are out of control. The one who drives through our neighborhood should NEVER be allowed to drive trucks. I couldn’t be more against a waste management company.

I've used Hudgin's for about 3 years and was moderately happy until these last several months. Their recycling service has always been a joke compared to other places I've lived. Now, it's even worse. They only pick up ONCE a month and don't accept most recyclable materials. They have now failed to pick up my recycling THREE times (2 of them because of a single Kroger bag that was accidentally put in the bin...). Horrible recycling “service.” Only pick up once per month in our neighborhood now and routinely skip our house because of “contamination.” If they picked up more often, recycling wouldn’t pile up and would actually fit in the bin. If you have a choice, go with a different company.
They can start by holding their employees accountable when they urinate publicly in front of their customers’ houses, then react unremorsefully when they’re caught.
