After reading all the other reviews it seems I'm not the only business that got abused by Hubspot. I was a new business owner last year and I had a great sells rep that made Hubspot seem like a game changer. Only thing this company did was take over 27k out of my new business growth and I still have another year until I can cancel. This complaint is with regard to HubSpot. I subscribed to both a Marketing Hub Professional and the Sales Hub Starter within this platform. At every interaction, I was promised complete support and I was led to believe that I would be supported throughout the onboarding, implementation and use of this product. This company BE WARNED do not do business with them. When try the trial they give you enterprise which all good see bells and whistles. When you select example we choose starter. They want us to upgrade starter designed to be limited a teaser. When you click on one of those features that requires an upper plan they give you the run around. This complaint is about HubSpot, a software company that has made the customer experience into a user nightmare. The difference between these two is *****: HubSpot does not treat those who pay to use their system like a customer to be serviced, counseled, and retained. They treat you like a user, merely an account number to auto-**** each month whose business is of no concern to them (they might even see you as a threat to other users). HubSpot is a terrible company!!! Absolute rip off!!! I paid them over $10,000 dollars and did not receive customer support. The sales rep ***** King completely dropped the ball and mislead me. Do not spend money with this company. Use their free tools and nothing else. They are a terrible company with no ethical decision makers.
DO NOT contact this company unless you want to be personally harassed by their sales team. They are relentless and have a complete lack of respect for their customers. I have had to ask three different sales people, over the course of 2 years, to leave us alone. They harass multiple people in our company through LinkedIn and email, even send them videos of themselves calling you by your name, despite being asked explicitly to remove us from their contact list.
