I am incredibly disappointed in their dishonest business practices and lack of decent customer service. I have been using ********************** for years. Recently, I signed up for a new account on behalf of a client. We discovered that we're overpaying for a tier of service we don't need, and we have attempted to downgrade. I requested their assistance, which is like pulling teeth (they appear to be outsourcing most, if not all, of their support). If I could give them zero stars I would. It is SO easy to sign up. But after that? It is so difficult to "talk" to anyone. They may return your email. I have had way too many frustrating encounters with this company. If I could cancel I would. The product is okay if you can USE it. My feeling is that there must be better companies out there that are better with communication. If you have a problem with a bill....email us. If you have a problem with the software....email us. Stay away from this company.

Do not use Hubspot. If you have to cancel, they will not let you. The customer service is hard to deal with and turns over all the time.

I signed up with them but decided to go with another CRM Company and they haven't returned any emails about my money. I highly recommend to stay away from this company. I won't stop until I get my money back!!+ HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Good product, terrible sales process. I reached out asking how I can attach a document to a ticket. I was told I would need to upgrade my account and I would get a big discount as they were at the quarters end. Come to find out, no purchase was necessary rather was sold an account upgrade to help a sales rep hit his quota. It has now been over 2 months trying to have this upgrade canceled and they ignore all request.DO NOT USE their sales team to purchase, they will mislead.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Effectively useless and difficult to use software with your website while also providing terrible customer service. Company locks you into a long term contract with high fees. Agree with other negative reviews of the company.

DO NOT DEAL WITH HUBSPOT **** They are a scam and took $2000 from me. They say it's a work from home deal and send you a check for you to buy equipment then you send money orders from that money to an out of state address then their check bounces!

I signed up for a starter hub package after speaking to multiple sales representatives and asking questions. I was assured that HubSpot would function the way I needed it to for my business and signed a year contract. Well, fast forward a month into trying to figure out how to use HubSpot, and I find out that just about everything I was told was a lie. BE WARNED!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have had their services for several years. The products are not bad; however, it is the people that make up the company that makes it a NO GO! I was advised that my new bill was going to be increasing by 400%. It was to go from ******* to over $12,0000!!!! I sent them an email telling them that I would be interested in staying a customer for the same renewal amount. However, if the price was going to increase, I would not be interested in renewing.
