They canceled our account and stated we owed $170. I though thtey had charged it, but they didn't.2 months later I get a call from a collections agency in the ** trying to collect over $2000 they say we owed to hubspot. They did not reach out about our balance after I thought they had charged it to our card on file. They refuse all my calls and don't respond to my voicemails. Their billing staff's only response was 'deal with collections
I tried to cancel my account.They won't let me tapped into my bank account.Other bank accounts and attempted to take money from those as well.I keep having to cancel my cards.This is a total fraudulent business
I signed up for an entry level CRM, which allowed up to ***** email contacts and we uploaded our customer list, which exceeded the ***** allowed in the membership program. I though that it would just tell me that I had to remove the excess contacts. But no, I immediately received a notice that my membership was being upgraded without my approval. I went into the software and opted out of the auto-renew, which I thought cancelled the upgrade.....nevertheless they've now charged me over $600 for a service that I won't use. ***... read more
As an enterprise CRM software user and administrator in the past, my expectations were high and I was initially engaged by the perceived value of the product but HubSpot has really gone overboard in nickle and diming their customers. Its too bad, because its a good product, but putting such simple features behind increasingly more expensive pay walls is such bad business. I usually dont leave negative reviews, but I felt obliged to warn folks out there... if you are considering a CRM, run the other way!

I am incredibly disappointed in their dishonest business practices and lack of decent customer service. I have been using ********************** for years. Recently, I signed up for a new account on behalf of a client. We discovered that we're overpaying for a tier of service we don't need, and we have attempted to downgrade. I requested their assistance, which is like pulling teeth (they appear to be outsourcing most, if not all, of their support). If I could give them zero stars I would. It is SO easy to sign up. But after that? It is so difficult to "talk" to anyone. They may return your email. I have had way too many frustrating encounters with this company. If I could cancel I would. The product is okay if you can USE it. My feeling is that there must be better companies out there that are better with communication. If you have a problem with a bill....email us. If you have a problem with the software....email us. Stay away from this company.
Do not use Hubspot. If you have to cancel, they will not let you. The customer service is hard to deal with and turns over all the time.
I signed up with them but decided to go with another CRM Company and they haven't returned any emails about my money. I highly recommend to stay away from this company. I won't stop until I get my money back!!+ HORRIBLE COMPANY!
