DO NOT DEAL WITH HUBSPOT **** They are a scam and took $2000 from me. They say it's a work from home deal and send you a check for you to buy equipment then you send money orders from that money to an out of state address then their check bounces!

I signed up for a starter hub package after speaking to multiple sales representatives and asking questions. I was assured that HubSpot would function the way I needed it to for my business and signed a year contract. Well, fast forward a month into trying to figure out how to use HubSpot, and I find out that just about everything I was told was a lie. BE WARNED!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have had their services for several years. The products are not bad; however, it is the people that make up the company that makes it a NO GO! I was advised that my new bill was going to be increasing by 400%. It was to go from ******* to over $12,0000!!!! ***************** awful support. Needed a CRM for our newly launched small business. They claimed integrations with ecommerce. Plugged up our website only to be told by their website that I need to subscribe. Subscribed to the $18/month package, then went to complete the integration only to have their website still show it locked and requiring the $450/month package. Hubspot will kill your email deliverability and your business. Hubspot will make you pay for a year contract and after the lengthy implementation, they will ruin your email deliverability and kill your business. The most help they will offer is a $5,000 verbal consultation. After your business is dead they will still try to make you pay.

Our company is incredibly disappointed with Hubspot. During an overview of the product, our company was advised their service would connect with our booking platform in order to achieve some of the marketing goals we desired. We signed a contract to renew for 12 months and then renew month to month thereafter with 30 day. Our company has a firm rule about auto renews on anything over a certain dollar amount and this monthly **** is over a thousand dollars. They unilaterally decided to change our agreement by changing their Terms of Service on the billing page to state that by paying we consent to be locked into another 12 month contract. try hubspot for couple days and can't not get refunded bad customer suppport very hard to get your refund if you want to stop using their software.so much hassle using this software.
