Hubspot will not allow us to cancel a 5K dollar a month re-occuring charge that someone in my company signed me up to. My team was trying to do the right thing and set up a new CRM system. I have never seen a CRM system keep you in an agreement and not have a way to cancel. I have sent this to our lawyer- what a pain and they have zero flexibility... DO NOT choose Hubspot.. Choose active campaign, klavio or GHL.. They have friendly staff..

Stay away at all costs. My company was promised that HubSpot would be a great fit for our company, but was met with an INSTANT block after payment was made. While the initial **** ****** *********, was easy to work with, he left out key details about how HubSpot will block your account without any cause.I attempted to work with their support and cs team for almost 2 months without any progress being made on lifting our blockage.We burned almost $12k (as we paid the bill upfront) to receive just about nothing. Worst company in the world with software engineers who clearly dont know what theyre doing. I tried on 3 different devices to reschedule an interview and the fields to enter your information do not work.

Scamster is bombarding me with spam emails despite multiple requests to stop even though I NEVER signed up. I am reporting this outfit to the *** for violation of CAN SPAM Act of 2003.Reading others' reviews explains their essence.

******** company that promised a refund on part of our trial order by ******* ***** and then canned overseas support responses that just continued to waste our time. Stay away from Hubspot.

They canceled our account and stated we owed $170. I though thtey had charged it, but they didn't.2 months later I get a call from a collections agency in the ** trying to collect over $2000 they say we owed to hubspot. They did not reach out about our balance after I thought they had charged it to our card on file. They refuse all my calls and don't respond to my voicemails. Their billing staff's only response was 'deal with collections

I tried to cancel my account.They won't let me tapped into my bank account.Other bank accounts and attempted to take money from those as well.I keep having to cancel my cards.This is a total fraudulent business

I signed up for an entry level CRM, which allowed up to ***** email contacts and we uploaded our customer list, which exceeded the ***** allowed in the membership program. I though that it would just tell me that I had to remove the excess contacts. But no, I immediately received a notice that my membership was being upgraded without my approval. I went into the software and opted out of the auto-renew, which I thought cancelled the upgrade.....nevertheless they've now charged me over $600 for a service that I won't use. ***... read more
