Scammers are bombarding us with scam emails despite multiple requests to stop, even though I NEVER signed up. I am reporting this issue to the *** for violation of CAN CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Reading others' reviews explains their essence.

Our data of 3 years has been completely high jacked by HubSpot. We have been on a free account since the beginning with no problems. Suddenly, we were turned off for non payment. Come to find out that either HubSpot made a clerical error and added a payment to our account from another company or fraudulent activity was involved. Either way this was no action of our own. I am filing this complaint against HubSpot for deceptive practices and poor service regarding the Sales Pro plan.I signed up for 4 Sales Pro accounts with the primary feature being email sequences. In the first 15 days, the tool worked, achieving up to a 58% open rate. We signed on with HubSpot expecting a reliable CRM platform, but our experience has been very disappointing. A misleading and non-support company for startup small businesses. All they care about is getting you hooked. One your in their websystem, "they do not support start up plans." It states this when you call their main line. You have to figure everything out on your own. I am losing money because they are not following through with "detaching" my redirect," I stopped using them on 07/25/2025. Hubspot will not allow us to cancel a 5K dollar a month re-occuring charge that someone in my company signed me up to. My team was trying to do the right thing and set up a new CRM system. I have never seen a CRM system keep you in an agreement and not have a way to cancel. I have sent this to our lawyer- what a pain and they have zero flexibility... DO NOT choose Hubspot.. Choose active campaign, klavio or GHL.. They have friendly staff..

Stay away at all costs. My company was promised that HubSpot would be a great fit for our company, but was met with an INSTANT block after payment was made. While the initial **** ****** *********, was easy to work with, he left out key details about how HubSpot will block your account without any cause.I attempted to work with their support and cs team for almost 2 months without any progress being made on lifting our blockage.We burned almost $12k (as we paid the bill upfront) to receive just about nothing.
