I’ve been coming to Hubler Nissan on 31 for a couple years now, and Josh is my go-to Service Advisor. He is consistently friendly, approachable, and professional. Every time I need work done, he takes the time to answer my questions and explain everything so I'm never in the dark about my vehicle. He makes asking questions easy and doesn't rush you through, making what can be a stressful experience way easier. If you want top-tier service at Hubler, ask for Josh!
I would give ZERO stars if possible. I had been bringing my Pathfinder into Hubler Nissan since 2022 for the same issues. Nothing was done by Hubler to rectify the issues. I took it in several times since with the same issues and nothing was found. Now that the warranty has expired, their service department notified me that the engine needs replacing. According to their service records, they noted sludge buildup during service in 2022, but did nothing to fix the problem while still under warranty. They want $21K to replace t... read more
