Freedom + Storage is an excellent, safe, and convenient facility in the Harker Heights area. I have stored my valuables there for many years. Customer service is super.
My son and his family moved from Wisconsin and stayed with me until they were able to get their own place. I was unsure of how big of a space we needed. I was given a personal tour of the different sizes available. The staff was very accommodating. I rented a space initially that ended up being too small for all their stuff. I called and explained that I needed the bigger unit and they fixed my mistake right away. It was so nice to have a safe and temporary place for their entire house of stuff. Friendly, above all the other storage units I have used before. One night while unloading stuff the owner came back,and let me out. Because I lost track of time. Who does that!.
