WARNING WARNING WARNING I would give Freedom Storage zero stars if I could. My experience here was beyond unacceptable. A great place to store your stuff the office help is always friendly.They Above and beyond to ensure the safety of everyone’s storage units. Debra is so kind and so nice with a wonderful smile and laugh. It’s like coming home to family. If I could give them seven stars I would!

Completely despicable. Rented a unit at the end of business on the last day of February so that I was ready to move in on the first of march. They send me notice March 3rd or 4th that I'm late for my payment for March. (My payment went through on the first of march) So I contact them to see how this is possible. After multiple correspondence, they tell me that I paid over $40 for essentially the last few hours of February and that there is nothing that they are willing to do to try to make things right.
