Completely despicable. Rented a unit at the end of business on the last day of February so that I was ready to move in on the first of march. They send me notice March 3rd or 4th that I'm late for my payment for March. (My payment went through on the first of march) So I contact them to see how this is possible. After multiple correspondence, they tell me that I paid over $40 for essentially the last few hours of February and that there is nothing that they are willing to do to try to make things right. They could have left a message saying that I had so many days to pay before it would be auctioned, a message that said you have to pay by this date of it would be auctioned. I got nothing. I explain I had been a victim of identity theft and I was waiting for my debit card, but it had been sent to the address I was to be moving to and I was waiting for it to be sent back.They said okay but it wasn’t okay. My experience with freedom storage . Staff are great and and friendly, they are always there to answer questions I have two storage with them most two year now
I rent one car storage for Freedom + Storage and their price is very reasonable. Debra is very caring, professional, friendly and helpful when it comes to my needs about a storage space. I had a space with them some time years ago and now I'm back with them! Every other staff are helpful also. I like that there are two gates that will be close after hours so I know my things will be safe.
