Food was good.. Service sucked waited like 10 min to at least be greeted.. Had to ask for a menu, twice for a server when the waitress finally came and took our food and drink order it took her another 10 min to come back with water and tea.. Then another 25 min for food.. Worst service ever
Last night was my first time there for a going away party the Waiter Devan was awesome he was on top of things great guy an the food was great also had fish an chips yum ..I will come back again an tell my friends
I consider myself a regular. I'm in once or twice a week. Today I go in & there were 4 people at the hostess stand. Not one of them greeted me. I said "how's it going?" Not one of them responded. Gone are the days of Kailyn & Alyssa greeting everyone with a smile. I have 18+ years of customer service experience & felt that this experience was unacceptable. I love the hub. Been coming here for 4+ years so I felt that I had to speak up. Hope this gets back to management. Especially Chris.
An Arizona must see, do, and eatery. Great service, food, and drink. A locally-owned restaurant with an award winning environment and service. Once you try this spot, you'll be hooked for life!

We've never been disappointed when coming here! Food is always amazing and service is always great!
My boyfriend and I are here at least twice a week... The smoked wings are my favorite, but tonight we tried something different. I fell in love with the Pot Roast French drip sandwich and he had the stroganoff. We have never had a bad experience whether it was with the staff or the food. We had slow start outside. But the the service stepped up to absolutely perfect, The wings are must to try!
