Great food, abundant portions , great specials, great Happy Hour(S). The service and welcomes are wonderful. Love this bar/restaurant. I go there 2-3 times each week.
Your team, or as Andrea (our server) put it, your Hub Family, has stumbled on something amazing. I was very impressed with your costumer service and the over all attitude of the staff. Yeah, food was great, drinks were great, but what truly impressed me was our service. I asked what made this difference for our waitress and she said it was like a family there. Having eaten here for the first time last week, we loved everything. Food and service. Steve, (manager?) came to our table with a fresh plate of bread (delicious). Greeted us on hearing it was our first time. Told Steve we would be back. Yesterday 4/4/17, we returned with our friends @ 4pm.. This was their first time. Needless to say, it will be the last. Walked in tonight 4/4 @ 4:00 and sat at a table by the bar for about 15 minutes and not a soul even came to bring us a menu! Finally told the bartender we needed a server. Waited another 5 minutes and no one came so we left. Unacceptable! I won't be back.
