This place was amazing!! I have severe celiac disease and can handle zero cross contamination. My waitress ( Carina) was smart, fun ,extremely attentive , gave us perfect service, and handled my issues beautifully. She spoke to the kitchen, and Robert came out and discreetly assured me of the precautions that are taken to keep me safe in their restaurant. The menu was filled with so many choices I never get. Went on Saturday night to celebrate my Best friends birthday and mine. It was busy, the waiter was nice. Until he lost another person's credit card while taking our order. He looked for the card for about 30+ mins before we told him to look for it in the menus he took from our table after we ordered. He found it. BUT then he came to our table 15 mins later to let us know he just put our food order in 2 mins ago because he was trying to find the cc. UGH! The Hub has delicious and inspiring foods ! The appetizers are truly amazing and different from most restaurants . Hamburgers are delicious and I like the fact I can order my hamburger medium rare without being shamed . The hub chips are homemade potato chips sort of but way better I love potatoes I'm not a fan of potato chips but these are absolutely amazing !
