Fast, efficient, fair and funny. These guys do a great job. Whether it's servicing my bike, selling parts, or being able to outfit someone with a new bike.
I took my bicycle there to hopefully get the tire changed. Not only did I get the tire changed, But I was given a lesson on how to do it myself. I thought this was above and beyond customer service. They actually took the time to show me how to do it !! kudos Hub city cycles

Great service. I came in knowing pretty much what I wanted. They helped me make my decision and answered all my questions without trying to sell me something I didn't need or want.
Love these guys! They saved my C&O Canal ride last week w/ an emergency spoke repair. I arrived fairly late in the day, but they were very accommodating. I appreciated that the mechanic did several extras to make sure my bike was in top shape. And the charges were fair. Thanks!
Went in today to pick out a bike for my fiancé. We were looking for a bike for him to joy ride with the kids and to get back into shape. They were extremely helpful and let him go out and test ride a few till we found what would work for him. They even helped us out with a few accessories. We are very happy to get riding again and will be back to pick out a new bike for myself.
