great folks and price. help me set up my bike fo my first hundred miles ride on the canal
The owner and staff are giving 110% right now with everyone riding bicycles they have dragged out of their garages and basements. They are able to tune those old bikes to allow more people to get out and ride during this stay at home order as well as take care of the tried and true rider almost immediately.
These guys...seriously the best. Sean (owner & biker) goes above & beyond assisting his customers - he is knowledgeable, caring & passionate about biking & helping people. All the guys in the shop love bikes & it shows! 🚲 We had a very specific problem we needed help with - Sean suggested multiple solutions including various prices & companies. His insight was invaluable & gave us a restored joy for the sport. Thank you, Hub City Cycles! You are the most bad@$& shop around! ♥️

The guys at Hub City were awesome to work with. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with exactly what I needed and the pricing was phenomenal. No more second-rate Walmart bikes for me!
Jordan and the other guys at the shop were awesome in helping me find my new Trek Verve 2. In my favorite color, no less. On top of friendliness, he listened to exactly what I wanted and then made sure I had everything I needed to get started as a newbie rider. Thanks again dude-bros, much appreciated!

The Hub City Cycles team is a group of genuine, honest people. They're knowledgeable and attentive to customers. When you walk in the door, you feel like you're in the hands of people who care about what they do and care about their community. Old customers keep coming back for that reason, even if it's just to make small talk or sell pies. They set me up with a bike I adore, then adjusted the derailleurs a week later, and the mechanic let me stand around and ask him questions while he worked.
