Poor customer service. If your head mechanic is not a people person he should be kept in the back. It felt like they didnt even want to look at my cheap bike much less help fix it. Then wanted to send me an hour away to another bike store for a part I didn't need!! I'm glad I went to another bike shop down the road... They fixed it for FREE in less than 10 mins!
We talk a lot in my company about providing clients with an incredible experience and these guys are a great example of that! Everyone was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and asked all the right questions to find me the bike that fit my needs. Thank you guys so much!! We’ll definitely be back!

I brought my bike in for a possible warranty issue, and the guys there really kept me in the loop at every point as to what was happening between themselves and the Rep from Trek. They took a look, cleaned things up, reassembled my bike, and came up with a few possible fixes if the status quo doesn’t work. They’ve done what they have said at every step, and unraveled a difficult issue in short time. I’ll be back for sure.
Everybody is very helpful and friendly. I bought a bike today, and rode it for 22 miles. Check them out.
