It was... good. I ordered the Mountain Burger (bacon cheese burger with deli ham slices) with a side of mashed potatoes. Both tasted as you would expect them to. Nothing more, really. The prices were good, though. We got pretty decent-sized portions for under ten bucks a person. My wife ordered the carrot cake and she says it was really good. If I had the option to give it a 3.5 then I would.
We go up on the weekends for a Sunday drive and stop in for their amazing down home cooking! I love the scones, and their breakfast plates!

Best pancakes I've ever had, and more food than I could eat for less than $9. I wish I lived nearby because I would go several times a week for breakfast!
The food is good but I don't like the fact that they now decide the amount of tip I will pay. I thought tips were earned and that the amount of tip was dependant on the service. If I'm paying the tip I should decide how much. 18% is too high for a cafe. It's not a 5 star restaurant, it's a cafe, that's why we ate there. We had to send the hot pork sandwich back it was so bad. He even spit it out. But the fish and chips, and the club sandwich and fries were good. And the strawberry lemonade was delicious! So I gave it 3*
