We stopped for breakfast and Karen recommended the scones. So good with Cinnamon butter. Omelette was so good also.
Love the pancakes! Coffee too! Last week had the Denver and I was so full! Nothing better than the Hub when you go Fishing the berry!
Love the HUB, the food taste homemade, not fast food. The service is very helpful and friendly and the servings are very generous.
We eat here at least once a week on our way to Salt Lake from Duchesne. The food is great. Melissa is a wonderful server. All the girls are great and know Lynn wants his hot chocolate. The ONLY thing that I could suggest is provide a paleo meal and advertise the fact The paleo diet is so popular and would be my choice as well as many locals.

I love the hub I've been going there for years my grandma used to work there I love the food the experience the people all around the best food in town an the people that work there treat you like family love the hub. Extremely recommended.
