This is such a horrible company. My phone got lost in shipping and for a month they told me it was in the warehouse being worked on. Their support is **** and they can never figure out where you device is.

Hi ****** Periodically we go back to review some the older BBB cases to see if there are things that we could have done better. I have reviewed the length of time that it took to resolve the claim process with UPS and it was certainly not up to par. The process between uHuawei and UPS has gotten much better. I have sent my ***** 6P in for repair over 3 weeks ago. Was told at the beginning of the process the repair would take 10-14 days. After multiple phone calls into support not one agent can give me a straight answer on when I should expect my phone back. To expect your customer to go multiple weeks without a phone during a repair process is ridiculous. Other companies just send out a new phone and expect the bad phone to be shipped back .
