I threw out my back when I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and Chris took very tender care of me. He was able to give me tips, stretches and routines to help alleviate my daily pain during that very difficult part of my pregnancy. After my pregnancy I have gone to him every time my back or hips go out of alignment. Not only does he do his chiropractic magic, he gives me workout suggestions and talks me through my daily routine so that I can be independant from him. My 15 year old son started having back pain that would keep him out of school basketball for days. We took him to Chris and he immediately pinpointed the problem area and resolved the issue. My son felt better right away and could play ball the next day. He went back maybe two more times for adjustments and he has been good as new ever since. Something that had plagued my very active son for months was resolved so easily. I only wish we had taken him sooner!
