We recently switched to HTR pediatric therapy from another therapy clinic. Nicole is an amazing Occupational therapist. Kim is a terrific speech therapist. The difference of how they see my daughter is evident. The first time we walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The therapists didn’t just look at my daughter’s diagnosis or medical history but what are goals to move forward to and celebrate every moment of progress. So thankful to be at HTR now.
We went there and my grandson is in dhs custody and the froster grandmother banned me I his biological grandmother and the other lady that was with they smelled which is a lie the froster grandmother said that and so the owner banned us my daughter can still go but were banned because the froster grandmother lied to them but evertime she's goes up there she's wearing the same clothes dhs said I wasn't banned I went in there on Monday the froster grandmother told if they caught me in the building they would call police and wo... read more
HTR has definitely helped my child. I see a change in her behavior everyday and notices that’s she enjoys coming to therapy every week . WE LOVE MRS.BROOKLYN !!!!<3
The worst customer service. The therapists might be great, I’ll never know because I couldn’t get past Laura, who was extremely rude, aggressive and confrontational. I also overheard her lying to a patient’s family.
