Needed a bracelet shortened. Got a quick quote, affordable estimate, and was back in 30 minutes to pick up! Excellent work.
Professional, courteous and excellent service and very reasonable pricing compared to same service from nearby jewelers. It was worth checking around as I saved quite a bit on a repair that other stores in the area gave estimates of up to 5x the amount.
THIS IS THE BEST REPAIR SERVICE EVER. Nicest owner. Repaired my engagement ring. I went in 20 minutes before closing, he greeted me with a smile and told me he can reset my loose ring and change my prongs to make it more structurally secure in 45 minutes. He finished in 30 minutes and had amazing prices. Other jewelers on that street told me I had to wait weeks at a way higher price. This shop gets it done. Trust me.
Took my favorite necklace to be fixed. He had it ready in a half hour and did a great job! Would highly recommend.
