Bought a Jimmy Houston rod from Wal- Mart. The rod broke on the fifth cast! The tip broke and part of the blank. Junk. Made and marked by this company.
I've used ht hard water explorer tip ups for four years. I have caught several trophy walleye and some good pike to. I caught my largest walleye last winter 33"13lbs. Ht tip ups have never failed me!! Love ht accucast reels to!! �HT

High quality ice fishing company helped me catch a monster walleye on their polar tip up
I bought a rod because the price was decent and I had never had any problems with HT. The rod was flawed and broke like a spaghetti noodle. I contacted Joel who sent me a replacement. The replacement was BROKEN and half the eyelets were backwards. I contacted Joel and shared my displeasure in being sent a broken rod to replace my broken rod.
