This company is THE Best they stand behind their products and the customer service is amazing... I would recommend to everyone.
I ordered the Mini Nero Hand Auger and the drill kit adapter and it does not connect. I have tried customer service repeatedly but they have yet to contact me or attempt to resolve the situation. This is a fly by night operation. Do not use them. There is no customer service here.
Customer service is the best I have ever dealt with Great advice and helping with parts for my ice auger.
