I don’t post bad reviews, but I do post honest ones. It was very hurtful and emotionally damaging my experience here. Hullema Reddick IS VERY nasty and condescending……Permed my hair then was unresponsive when i got scabs the next few days. All I wanted was a hydra treatment, in salon or take home product… Hullema Reddick told me she does not HAVE to answer the phone for clients and that I was out of bounds for visiting her salon storefront after DAYS of unanswered phone calls….. . Horrible customer service. It is so sad to say you cannot support every sister. Wish I never stepped foot in this place. The hair care claims are false, they will style you with no regard of scalp health or hair health.

I had a wonderful experience at Hstylze Hair Studio with Helema! I was looking for someone experienced with natural hair, and she exceeded my expectations. Helema is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her clients. She is not just about the money. She communicated with me throughout the entire appointment and gave honest, professional advice from the heart. I had my first appointment with this stylist, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My appointment was at 7:30, but I ended up leaving at 3. A significant portion of that time was spent waiting while she engaged in lengthy, unprofessional personal conversations. I was looking for a pixie cut , but the experience felt far from worth the price I paid—almost as much as a car payment over 300!! With no relaxer.
