I had my first appointment with this stylist, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My appointment was at 7:30, but I ended up leaving at 3. A significant portion of that time was spent waiting while she engaged in lengthy, unprofessional personal conversations. I was looking for a pixie cut , but the experience felt far from worth the price I paid—almost as much as a car payment over 300!! With no relaxer. They are out here stealing 50$ deposits from people who cancel the appointment. The policy is that you need to cancel within 24 hours. I canceled days in advanced. I have called and was told that someone would get back to me about my refund and they never did. I put a claim in with my back and they lied and said that I didn’t cancel in time. I have proof that I did. Please don’t support a business that is stealing from people! Hstyle should be Ashamed of herself and I know I’m not the only one this has happened to.
