We gave birth to our son on the 20th, every nurse was wonderful, attentive and kind. They had tons of advise for us when we had questions and I loved that they were much more encouraging and helpful with breastfeeding. My son had his own plans that didn't include waiting for my doctor to arrive, he was delivered by the ob nurses & every one in the room was awesome. Thank you so much to all the Nurses that helped us through the birth of our son, we are so grateful for all of you!
Sadly the ER at St. Agony err Anthony is by far one of the worst I have ever experienced in my life and is nothing but a complete joke! There are some great people who work there but unfortunately they work for nothing more then a sh*thole bandaid hospital. There is a great need for better medical care in Effingham but in order to get quality medical attention in an emergency, 9 times out of 10 you need to go elsewhere. I'm currently writing this from room 310. I've been here since Saturday night. From the ER to the staff on the 3rd floor, I have received such fantastic care. Puts the hospitals back home to shame. Food is really good, too.
Went to the pain management on the second floor for injections in my lower back Dr. Parks and his staff is wonderful and very clean and very respectful about everything tells you step by step if exactly what's going to happen before it happens
My experience at St Anthony Memorial Hospital was absolutely positively great! The people who work there are professionals and their attitudes where amongst the best I've seen... thank you for the wonderful experience!
They r excellent workers they been in the room every few hours to check on my son they did great
I had to go to the ER and from the receptionist to triage my tech my nurse radiology and the doctor was absolutely amazing. I was in a lot of pain they did 👍
