Every time I've been there, staff is super rude, and makes me feel unimportant. Today when I went they forgot about me twice, and the wait is always insanely long. Today I waited half an hour for paperwork that was all messed up, after the guy who was sitting around realized he forgot about me AGAIN. They charge a mind blowing amount of money considering they don't really talk to you or see you. I spent two hours there today, and all I got out of my visit was a glass of water. They charge for things never done, charge multiple time for things done yet say they are a non profit hospital. They would rather send in a preacher than an actual doctor. If you're an organ donor, steer clear of this place. And if you care about someone I'd bring them anywhere but here. The best part is the automated, copied and pasted reply to each review. That really shows their level of care.
I have spent the last two Wednesdays in the Family waiting room with a friend whose brother was very ill in CCU. Your staff and volunteers are so professional and compassionate. Our time there was made so much comfortable by their presence. Thank you.

I was recently a patient, having lab work done. Every employee I passed in the hallways greeted me with “Good morning”. Julie and Carlie in the lab were great. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service!
CNA has an attitude on 4th floor treated myself and others with disrespect. just because were there for mental health doesnt mean she should treat us different. she need to go in a different field. RN do more then her. Next day was better with out her there.
My husband was on the cardiac floor for 9 days following surgery and had the best care I've ever seen!
