RecommendedHad our baby here August 15th and we were completely blown away by our care team. The RNs, CNAs, housekeepers and even the ladies that took care of our paperwork, were attentive, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and most of all cared about how we felt and what we wanted/needed. These gals made our stay a lot less daunting! Thank you ladies!

My compliments to the staff at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital - Eau Claire, WI. From the first face I saw (nice ink btw) when I came through the doors, to their amazing ER Department , Imaging and through my pleasant, comfortable hospital stay and let's not forget food services too. I had an MRI in Nov. I then had surgery at Oakleaf the beginning of Dec. I received a bill from Sacred Heart for what was owed after insurance paid some. I made a partial payment. I was off work for two months during rehab and went back to work after 8 weeks. I had received a nasty collection letter from them by then. I had lived on short-term disability while off, which barely covers living expenses. With my first paycheck the beginning of March, I gave them another payment. My team of nurses and doctors were amazing. Even when we didn’t have answers, they did everything they could to make sure I knew I was in good hands. They took great care of me and made my stay comfortable.
