Yesterday I went in with shortness of breath and terrible pain in my shoulders and he ask if I come to the er for drugs. Basically calling me a drug seeker. Very unprofessional. I went to the er for help and was treated very poorly. So much for bed side manners. He had zero. He didn't take chest xrays. I probably have pneumonia but said its bronchitis and sent me on my way and my shoulders still hurt
Cnas will make you make your own bed if they feel they are bothered. It doesn't matter if you're on fall precautions or not. Other than that a good experience. I hope the next. Person they decide to do that to sues them.
I was born in this hospital and I have seen many changes to this facility. There is no question as to the commitment of the staff. I just have wonder how it will be accepted by Bond Co. area. It is a very large change that I hope that we can all together pray for success. Lisa A. Jackson
I was in the Emergency Department the afternoon of 12/6. From registration to EMS transport, everyone gave me excellent care.Special thanks to Kathy Thole for looking out and covering details. Jeff for being attentive and getting me ready to roll,Terry Hoffman for a fabulous IV-1stick-lasted a full 3 days. Heather and Mike for a smooth transport and cooling the rig off to 65 degrees. I'm on the mend-recommend GRH to everyone needing safe and excellent care.
