I put in an application for a pet friendly house, I meet all requirements and because of the breed of my 2 dogs my application was denied. I had to realize this company just obviously needs money. How do u get denied for a house in oildale? Where everyone has dogs.
They CHARGED ME 450 FOR BLINDS ! And the lady in front MADE A COMMNT “ i probably left someone behind “ BECAUSE THERE WAS HOMESLESS PEOPLE BREAKING INTO THE APARTMENT and trashed it ! VERY DISRESPECTFUL! When i asked for an itemized bill of the charges THEY DIDNT WANT TO SEND IT !
Been dealing with a cockroach infestation for an entire year now and the problem still has not been resolved. I find cockroaches in every room no matter how much I clean and try to keep the place organized. It has only gotten worse and I see more than 10 a day every single day
