6.5 hrs street tuning my turbo and the car runs damn near perfection. I couldn't be happier with it and the support is even better
I drove 3 1/2 hours just to have my car tuned at HRI and I cant stress how much it was worth the trip. James not only knows what he's doing but he knows how to do it right. The car drives smooth as butter and has all the "Get up and go" I could want.
Went by Saturday, 4/26 - James went Above & Beyond, by far. I can't even recall the last time I had someone so dedicated & willing to help as James is, and with such a good attitude towards hiccups. Also, my car runs AMAZING. His base tune ran better than my prev. full tune & his official tune has transformed the car. Well worth the 6hr round trip that I will be making again once I get more mods. Awesome job! Recommended 100%
Had the most pleasant experience today with James. He is a very skilled and impressive tuner who lets nothing stand in his way of tuning your car to the upmost. James went out of his way to swap my broken O2 sensor out for his own so we could get a good tune on my newly turboed BRZ. Overall great guy, and with a gain 55 horsepwer over the base map I couldn't be happier.
Expectations were by far exceeded! I was on about the 6th "e-tune" from my previous tuner and the car still did not run correctly. On cold mornings the car would struggle to stay on and even at the low 5 PSI that I was running there was a lot of knock. I was worried to even drive the car because I felt like I was damaging the engine everytime I turned it on. Needless to say, I felt a bit of buyers remorse for having ever boosted my FRS. This guy knows how to tune! He is commited to give your car the best possible tune, safely. He will not let you drive off until your fully satisfied with the result. If your having drivability issues or/and want more power regardless of your setup, this is the guy to call
Got a tune today, and this guy seriously knows what he's doing. Like not only does he know what to do, he knows why he's getting the results that he's getting. I couldn't be happier, and he has really invested way more than any other tuner I've had contact with, he doesn't want to just increase the power, but make it better to drive as well, and it really shows when you feel how smooth everything is.
