We provided 3 reference photos, printed and given, for the cake we asked to have made. Picture #1 was for color reference, picture #2 was for the look of the flowers cascading from top to around, and picture #3 to show the more fuller/3D look to the flowers we wanted. When cake was picked up and brought back to the event space it was absolutely unsatisfactory and no where close to what was asked.
