Do not use them to file your taxes. Absolutely trash. Needed my taxes filed by a deadline to submit my unemployment. They completely negated the deadline ever though they had a week to complete my tax return. They told me they would have it done and they did not. Now ** left ****. ******* **** at H&R Block in *********, ******* is untrustworthy.

OMG! This is inhumane. I just want to cry. *** has outsourced customer service reps in the Philipines who are reading a script and will not address specific questions. I have been locked out of my account for a week. I changed my password after being locked out, but even so one week later I was still unable to log in.I read on ***'s website that it is a good idea to contact them to verify my bank info. The customer support service is disrespectul and will just redirect you back into the main pool. I keep getting transferred back to the main help desk. WARNING: STAY **** FROM H&R block

I bought the software on March 1st, 2021. The download will not load on any Windows 10 computer in our house. I have turned off all firewalls and virus checkers. I have waited on hold for more than an hour each time I've called. I spoke to a representative twice. Each was unable to help and transferred me to a 'software specialist'. Each time however the phone rang 3 or four times, and then click, and then nothing. The call was disconnected. I've used H&R Block for years without trouble but always with CD. Zero **** RatingThis site makes you leave at least 1 star, not sure why. The worst customer service. Not one of the many people i spoke with was helpful. I had to ask that they correct the name on the taxes. I had to ask that they add all of the income. I had to inform them that sections were not completed properly.When I tried to get a refund, I was transferred to almost every branch of the company with hour long waits in between. Wound up calling my bank to dispute the charge.

I started getting my taxes done at the ***********, ** location and this is the last year i will be going there... Here's why:Last year my tax "professional" told me in an email that i still have that I would be exempt from paying a part of my taxes back to the government (which i though was super fishy because how would i possibly be exempt)??? On January 16, 2021 I filed my taxes online using *********. I received emails stating that my ************** and my State ****** was submitted. I then received a text message on February 6, 2021 from H&R Block that stated "HRBLOCK: You must resubmit your return before it can be filed. **** in to ****************************** to resubmit." I then received another text on February 6, 2021 stating "HRBLOCK: Your ************** return is on hold due to a federal return issue. Fix the federal to process the state." I filed my taxes with HR Block and the tax preparer messed up on my taxes resulting in me getting reviewed and not receiving my stimulus for my family. I called HR Block since I'm owed $18,000 from ******* and can't get it because they messed up and claimed they would give me a refund for my filing fees. Well now they completely ignore me and haven't received any refund or response "
