your legal issue. H and r block has been taking money out of my account for the year 2019 $310 when I've filed online for free. They wont give it back and is claiming I owe money. I still haven't received my 2017 that I paid for service upfront out of my pocket to be filed. The Irs has denied them my refund this year for the 2017 refund due to my h and r tax preparer.
