Warning Lack of Customer Support and Accountability!!! I received a message from the owner thanking me for my feedback and expressing their commitment to delivering value to clients. They invited me to discuss my concerns by calling 1-800-472-5625. However, when I called that number, I was directed to customer service and waited 20 minutes to speak with someone.
