My tax professional did a great job preparing my tax return. She even sent a follow up email answering several questions I had about business expenses. I appreciated the additional information and customer service. I would come back to this location again next year.

I filled my taxes with H&R for 4 years (2 years with this location) and I had never gotten a reason to doubt them. But this year, something didn't seem right! First of it was a whole new team. There was no one familiar from previous years...I went to my appointment, and the guy told me that I couldn't claim my January to March 1 2023 RRSP contributions on my 2023 taxes and that it needed a senior advisor for adjustment.
