I recently had my taxes done at the Lacewood Drive location and had a fantastic experience! Nejah went above and beyond to ensure accuracy in my submission, researching the few items on my claim he was not familiar with. His efficiency, thoroughness, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated and both he and Ashley were extremely friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and intend on going back next year!

I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience at HR Block has been awful from the moment I filed my taxes. Nobody seems to know their job except the manager. The time to file took 4 hours for me specifically and they provide false information regarding your taxes. I’d rate zero stars if I could.
This location is always very professional and everyone is very helpful. The services is amazing and the person that has done my taxes every year is absolutely wonderful.
