Booked with H&R Block for small business taxes and mentioned it in advance. At the appointment, they said they couldn’t do it—and didn’t even help us find another location. Total waste of time.
I had a great experience working with Hao for my taxes. She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how responsive and detail-oriented she was. Highly recommend Hao if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy tax professional!
Shao who works at the 7001 Mumford Road is a phenomenal person. She was very kind, personable, very knowledgeable and professional in the tax return service she provided for me. She also has really great customer service skills. I am glad that I was connected to her to complete my tax returns. Great job Shao!
I had a great experience with Hao Chen at H&R Block. Honestly, tax season always stresses me out, but she made everything so much easier. Hao was super patient and took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense. If you’re looking for someone who is helpful and really knows her stuff, definitely go see Hao!
