Absolute Garbage. Been told that they do not honour appointments booked online. Booked an appointment for 2:00pm this afternoon, was unable to get any tax documents completed and left at 4:25pm as I waited with my 3 month old infant. Additionally 3 people were told to come back to the same location. People have spent between 3-6 hours to get returns finalized. Told at 3:08pm it was going to be a few more minutes. I just called to make an appointment and after being told that they were fully booked for the week and asking if there were appointments available at a later date, I was hung up on. Get a new receptionist
2years ago ble. The staff there are not helpful, and filed axes incorrectly. I had to redo them from e. They also were going to charge me $55.00 se stay away. My cra i own them 930
