Had a great experience with H&R Block overall, especially at the Quinpool location. The team is professional and the process was smooth from start to finish. Emma (Jing Wang) was particularly helpful with our tax filing through the company’s free service. She was patient, easy to communicate with, and followed up a few times to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Really appreciate the support — would definitely recommend this location.
