Very disappointing experience with H&R Block! We had an appointment with them recently, brought all our documents, and our taxes were basically finished. They just needed us to pay so they could submit to CRA. Then they said there was a problem creating the receipt and asked us to wait. Eventually they told us they’d fix it and call us the next day. I just got my taxes done here by lily what an amazing woman helped me out with everything and gave me great advice I would recommend her to anyone. She is going to be my new tax lady from now on thanks guys
BE AWARE!!!! I filed my taxes here on February 26th 2025 and was quoted and eventually charged for an instant refund to find out days later THOUSANDS more will be sent to H&R Block on my behalf. I was the one who had to bring this to their attention and now should be receiving the difference later than I otherwise would have through the CRA. Did not understand what she was saying at all the secretary did my taxes worst expirence ever defiantly never comeing her again it was a nightmare waited for 2 hrs fir nothing I was waiting in the waiting area the lady sit down next to me told me all the information about my taxes their there was other people their so they heard all my information this is highly unprofessional
