I have wasted many days in thoughts I will file my tax here, today I get Call to file my tax and got to know that the girl didn't even open my CRA and told me I used my tuition credits last year, which I didn't and told me to come back again as she will look into my cra to see my T4 n all. Poor communication 🤯
Very bad experience just move in to this location
Very very Bad experience, I had filed my tax for more than a month now, and still no refund yet . I called and made a complaint I wasn’t given any turn around time. The Lady that helped with the filling told me it takes only two weeks , it’s more than a month now and I haven’t gotten my refund . I emailed her to help look into the issue, I didn’t get any response from her. This is a terrible customer service and I won’t recommend anyone!
