I have wasted many days in thoughts I will file my tax here, today I get Call to file my tax and got to know that the girl didn't even open my CRA and told me I used my tuition credits last year, which I didn't and told me to come back again as she will look into my cra to see my T4 n all. Poor communication 🤯
Very bad experience just move in to this location
Very very Bad experience, I had filed my tax for more than a month now, and still no refund yet . I called and made a complaint I wasn’t given any turn around time. The Lady that helped with the filling told me it takes only two weeks , it’s more than a month now and I haven’t gotten my refund . I emailed her to help look into the issue, I didn’t get any response from her. This is a terrible customer service and I won’t recommend anyone!
Very bad and horrible service, with how much they charge. We have filed for our taxes with these people and it’s over a month now and still no return when we called them they said they will get back to us but haven’t. When we went there all they could say is it’s on someone’s desk at the CRA. Meanwhile we have called CRA and they said they haven’t received our return. How is this possible for 2 people. Terrible customer service. I can’t advice anyone to go to these people for those taxes.
Very very poor service had my taxes up there for a week dint even look at them when I called about them they said we will call you when done I said it's been a week now so today I went up and got them and took them to another H&R Block
