Extremely deceptive. Was told a rapid refund would make my tax return hit my bank within."5-7" Said all I had to pay was $49 extra. When I called back, Michelle Said she never said that it was an outright lie. I wasted almost 50 bucks. Poor poor poor poor customer service shark tactics.!!!!
