JANET WAS VERY RUDE.
$254 to do my taxes. First time using them and the last. I uploaded all of my documents prior to the appointment, I uploaded my ID, I did everything they requested and yet I wasn't told a price upfront like they advertised on TV. Now I get a comment on this review saying I can call their number if I want pricing information, its ridiculous. Mind you these are not people with accounting degrees so for a non accountant to charge 254 a hour is ridiculous.
