I received very poor service at this office and I paid them a lot of money. If they had addressed my customer service concern I would not have had to write this review.
Vanessa Anderson did an amazing job.
No! No! No! This was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. We saw Mark, who was rude and incompetent. He was muttering under his breath while doing our taxes , complaining and talking about how he didn’t know what to do. Our questions were answered with sarcasm. Because Mark was taking so long, he was running behind in his appointments. The receptionist kept coming back and interrupting our appointment to get him to hurry up. Very helpful ! Things I didn't understand he helped me with it!
BEWARE- very expensive! H&R did not discuss their costs up front. After my taxes were completed I was informed of a payment due to them which was over $500 for a standard tax return. I would NEVER use H&R again!
