No! No! No! This was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. We saw Mark, who was rude and incompetent. He was muttering under his breath while doing our taxes , complaining and talking about how he didn’t know what to do. Our questions were answered with sarcasm. Very helpful ! Things I didn't understand he helped me with it!
BEWARE- very expensive! H&R did not discuss their costs up front. After my taxes were completed I was informed of a payment due to them which was over $500 for a standard tax return. I would NEVER use H&R again!
