I answered a question in my last review and it left me out before sending my full review about my experience. I would like to add that my husband and I came in to see a Mrs. Kathleen. She was incredible and we felt confident that she knew exactly how to find the most cash back, that we deserved, and didn't overlook anything She knows her stuff. So polite and warm, and that made the whole time go quickly and without stress. Thank you Mrs Kathleen and thank you H and R block!!
I received very poor service at this office and I paid them a lot of money. If they had addressed my customer service concern I would not have had to write this review.
Vanessa Anderson did an amazing job.
No! No! No! This was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. We saw Mark, who was rude and incompetent. He was muttering under his breath while doing our taxes , complaining and talking about how he didn’t know what to do. Our questions were answered with sarcasm. Because Mark was taking so long, he was running behind in his appointments. The receptionist kept coming back and interrupting our appointment to get him to hurry up.
