Hanna Marshall did an Out Standing service for me filing my Taxes She Went above and Beyond helping me understand what I was paying and who I was paying it too made it very clear for me to understand and went above and beyond helping me get organized she should be Promoted in the Company. 5 out of 5 Stars Hands Down!
I am not pleased with my experience here. First off, my appointment was moved from 12pm to 11am without anyone notifying me of this change. Thankfully, I forgot that I was off from my classes today as part of my Easter vacation so I was able to come at 11. I didn’t say anything as I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they may have been very busy and forgot to call. I answered a question in my last review and it left me out before sending my full review about my experience. I would like to add that my husband and I came in to see a Mrs. Kathleen. She was incredible and we felt confident that she knew exactly how to find the most cash back, that we deserved, and didn't overlook anything She knows her stuff. So polite and warm, and that made the whole time go quickly and without stress. Thank you Mrs Kathleen and thank you H and R block!!
I received very poor service at this office and I paid them a lot of money. If they had addressed my customer service concern I would not have had to write this review.
