I had my taxes done by a "tax professional" named Amber Gandy at this office for the first time because their online software no longer allow for some features it used to do - so I had no choice. The file they sent home with me, including my tax payment coupon, stated that I owed $219 in taxes. Which I paid immediately. Called for info on my taxes and was met with a very rude response seems like they don’t like their doing their job. Don’t recommend them.
Tax preparer Tara is great, a true asset to H&R however appointments are never on time even if you arrive on time they are always 1-2 clients behind so your scheduled time is usually 30 to 45 minutes after arrival time.
Been doing my taxes for years with them! I love this place
This place is a nightmare! Literally refuses to give my fiancé his w2 and every time he calls they answer then hang up immediately. After giving us the go around the lady on the phone said “call back nicely and I’ll think about giving it to you” literally illegal and we definitely plan to report this to the IRS but also want to give everyone else a heads up that this place isn’t who you wanna go through if you don’t have to!
