I was here once, last year. I brought, and dropped off, all my necessary documents. It was on Friday. I was told that nobody will be in the office until following Tuesday, and they will give me a call on that day. 2 weeks went by and no call. So I called them, no answer. Im not one to leave a nasty review. This isn’t about the place itself but the employees. Today i had a very unprofessional experience. I was waiting to file my taxes when a girl with blonde hair and who im assuming is her grandma that works there come out and the lady at the front desk start naming who needs to be seen still. She named one of the people and said im not doing hers. Horrible at communication. Took over two weeks for my return to be filed. Deadline date was missed. I was flat out lied to and told an extension was filed but it never was. Had to submit documents 3 times. Made multiple appointments to be contacted and no one took them. I also didn't find out an extension was not filed and i missed the deadline until I contacted the corporate number and they said no extension was on record.
