They did a great job with our taxes and tried is out as much as they could. Will definitely come back next year.
I was here once, last year. I brought, and dropped off, all my necessary documents. It was on Friday. I was told that nobody will be in the office until following Tuesday, and they will give me a call on that day. 2 weeks went by and no call. So I called them, no answer. Im not one to leave a nasty review. This isn’t about the place itself but the employees. Today i had a very unprofessional experience. I was waiting to file my taxes when a girl with blonde hair and who im assuming is her grandma that works there come out and the lady at the front desk start naming who needs to be seen still. She named one of the people and said im not doing hers.
