Horrible at communication. Took over two weeks for my return to be filed. Deadline date was missed. I was flat out lied to and told an extension was filed but it never was. Had to submit documents 3 times. Made multiple appointments to be contacted and no one took them. I also didn't find out an extension was not filed and i missed the deadline until I contacted the corporate number and they said no extension was on record. I had my taxes done by a "tax professional" named Amber Gandy at this office for the first time because their online software no longer allow for some features it used to do - so I had no choice. The file they sent home with me, including my tax payment coupon, stated that I owed $219 in taxes. Which I paid immediately. Called for info on my taxes and was met with a very rude response seems like they don’t like their doing their job. Don’t recommend them.
Tax preparer Tara is great, a true asset to H&R however appointments are never on time even if you arrive on time they are always 1-2 clients behind so your scheduled time is usually 30 to 45 minutes after arrival time.
