They were supposed to help us figure out our taxes. We spoke to Monica, who promised that we would hear back from her and we never did. Our taxes were messed up and the government sent them back and told us that they were messed up, but these people for some reason could not figure out how they were messed up after paying $500 to get them done and we ended up having to send the taxes in ourselves late. Horrible service. Horrible. I’ll be making a complaint to the BBB as well.
Its bad enough you charge ridiculous amounts per form. After trusting H&R Block with my personal information, I’ve now had to deal with the fallout from their data breach. It’s been a nightmare.
