Had an appointment scheduled here for over a month. Booked online for 9am on a Saturday. They called me TWO DAYS before to tell me they don’t open until 10am and they are completely booked and wont make any changes for me. My partner also made a booking last week, showed up, and was told that their system made the booking in a different time zone? They laughed at her inconvenience, prompting her to leave. Going to H&R Block is already a painful experience as is…avoid this location to make it easy on yourself.
Wanted to say that the H&R Block on Young Street is very professional and will be returning next year for sure. I received awesome customer service from the receptionist Sasha when booking the appointment and dealing with me when I first came in. My Tax specialist Bukolu & Donna did a fantastic job and made sure that I had an instant refund that day. THANKS H&R block for making taxes simple. 5
