I have had a very bad experience with this place Very irresponsible place The lady i had an appointment with Told me that she will contact me i have been waiting for weeks,still contact When I called back they said they won't be able to do my taxes What a waste of time
Always simple and very detailed…. Got all refund to a fullest amount… with immediate cash back
Basically lied and said I owed money when I was owed money. They did this so that they could sign me up for a prepaid visa card with a negative balance. I assume the person doing my taxes did this because she was getting some kind of commission from signing folks up for this card. I got a letter that said they did my taxes wrong and a cheque for the amount I was owed. I didn't even mind getting the card, but I minded getting lied to for her personal gain.
Staff is incompetent
Helene at the front desk was super kind, helpful and efficient! I’d highly recommend anyone to do their taxes here.
