I am really disappointed with how I was treated during my appointment. After waiting for two weeks to get assistance with my HST/GST, I went to the front desk and still hadn’t completed my question when the manager, who was at the front, became angry. She raised her voice, told me to move on, even though I had an appointment. This was extremely unprofessional, and I was made to feel unwelcome despite the wait. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed.
Had a great experience, starting with Lori and Helena at the front desk who were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Then I met with Philip who prepared my mother’s taxes, he was wonderful too. Carol Ann
As I periodically work in an industry that supports customer service Lori showed exceptional customer service while helping me through some complications with my taxes she followed a very unique Style of Comedy with her customer service which was absolutely warming
I have come to this location for many years and although some of the staff there (specially Lillian and Amanda) are wonderful this year I and my common law partner had a terrible experience. The accountant my partner filed with entered the completely wrong name for me and the wrong YEAR that we entered into a relationship. When we noticed the error on the mycra account we contact the location a there was absolutely no accountability whatsoever.
