I went today to get a mani, pedi and my eyebrows waxed. I had Linh, it was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. To start off, she was CONSTANTLY on her phone. At one point another employee had to tell her to get off of it. Worst pedicure I have ever paid for. Did not even give me a foot massage because she was scrolling on her phone, instead just threw a hot towel on my legs. My nails were next and she had my nails all different lengths. I called ahead to ask for an appointment. When i arrived to have my nails removed I informed the tech I prefer to soak the nails off. Despite the salon being nearly empty, they told me they didn't have the time to soak off my nails and would prefer to file them off instead. Eventually they did soak them off, and after getting a simple gel manicure, I noticed gel polish stuck to my skin, uneven filing and poorly done shape as well as poorly done gel application due to bubbles and streak marks. Terrible my mother went there for a manicure last time she was so tired after work that she didn't pay attention at all after a few days one of the nails broke and we noticed that the old base was sitting underneath they hadn't cleaned the old material at all and they had directly layered a new one on top. When we told them they didn't even offer to refund her money or give her a discount for the next manicure they are a waste of time and money!
I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE Gia at this place! He always gets my nails exactly how I want, he understands the vibes (I don’t like talking that much when I get my nails done so he just listens to music or talks to the other nail techs which I really quite enjoy) and he always asks if I approve before continuing with any other nails. Everyone else on the staff is also so sweet and funny! They provide waters and little snacks at the front. Will not be going anywhere else as long as Gia is there 🥹🩷
