Normally everything is great! Today I went in to fix 1 nail that broke. Just for reference, I have broken nails before, and they have never charged me to fix them! Once it was even 2 nails and they had no problem fixing them for me considering I am a regular customer and always tip well! But today they charged me $5 for 1 nail. They need to tell people up front about cost and not wait until the service is done!
