Closed Midland office with no notice two months after charging me new customer fee. Thought refund would have been fair since I’ll have to pay that elsewhere but they disagreed. I liked the “doctor” so I went back but overall facilities are super dated.
I have never dealt with such compassionate professionalism before! The wait time is always reasonable. The staff, is kind, patient, and truly invested in making sure each person is treated with respect, and you can tell they truly care about the paitents. Dr. Quiroz, is a consummate professional. Office staff are a bunch of idiots. I’ve been trying to get a refund on a pre payment I made($400!) for a MONTH. I was told to come in today for my check and I was assured there would be no further problems. I show up today and was greeted by a snob that had no idea what I was talking about, and was turned away because their disorganized office was closed.
