I’m a beginner at tuning - bought the MPVI3 to tune my Supercharged 1999 Jeep 4.0 Wrangler - just ordered the Prolink cable and excited to hook it up to my AEM AFR gauge ( also from HP Tuners) - had a bug trying to write a file to my PCM and sent in a ticket explaining the issue - within 24hrs I got a response from the fantastic tech team and BAM 💥 my devices and time are all working - thanks to the Tech team at HP Tuners- you guys rock 👊👊👊
HP Tuners is a fantastic product. I've used it since it was in testing back in 2004 moving from LS1 edit. They offer a wide variety of support from many different vehicles with a single interface. The capabilities are crucial for anyone that runs a tuning business like myself. Their tech support is very helpful and I'm fortunate to have them on my team!
Attending Hot Rod Power Tour from Texas. Check engine light on my Shelby Super Snake came on and they agreed to take a look. Came over did the diagnostic. Immediately saw she was running lean. I was worried about going into the HP tuners for myself because I don't have a lot of knowledge so I wasn't sure about the customer support I just got done solving my issue with james. there support is incredible this guy did The impossible until we figured it out unbelievable I recommend HP tuners to anyone thank you James.
