My fiancé and I have been renting with H.P. Management since November of 2018, and we love it! They are super sweet and always really helpful and quick to respond if we ever need anything. Any maintenance we’ve ever had to get done (which has been rare) was quickly done within a day of us notifying them. We love living here and we are so thankful we chose them to rent with for our first “home” together!

The maitinence crew is on point if anything needs fixed (I had water coming in through my front window when it rained very heavily and it was fixed within 2 hours of me sending an email). I love renting with HP. They are so kind, so helpful, so quick and efficient with any issues (but there are rarely issues.) My boyfriend and I started renting in December of 2018 and have been so happy since. We love our little “home.” They respond quickly to emails/calls and are just all around nice, pleasant people to work with!
I don’t have any complaints! Any issues I need help with are quickly resolved, and I have no problem contacting the management. Everyone was very helpful,friendly, and welcoming.
I spent a year with HP as a pharmacy student and loved it! Reasonable prices for students for everything that was included. Not to mention the wonderful staff. Wish I still lived in Edwardsville to continue to rent from HP.
H.P. Management are THE people to rent from in Edwardsville. Our 2 1/2 year experience with them was as pleasant as can be. Nick and Peggy are two of the nicest people you will ever meet, who always handled all of our needs and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. I've lived with H.P. Management for 3 years, in two different units and I can honestly say that I have been completely spoiled. Renting from them has been the most pleasant experience. Maintenance issues are always fixed in a timely manner, and Nick has always been accommodating for us. If I could rent from them forever I would because it's been nothing short of amazing. We will definitely miss having them as our landlords when we move!
